Linkson Jack founded the Social Mobility Foundation in 2005, and was its Chief Executive Officer from 2005 until January 2009.  He contributed nearly 4 years of dedication and commitment to the work of the Foundation he had created.

Linkson built up the Foundation from an unfunded organisation, to a growing charity providing a range of supports for talented school students from less-privileged backgrounds, so as to assist them in entering top universities and high-level professions.
