How does mentoring work?

All mentoring takes place online, over a secure, supervised website which features articles, careers resources and activities, but you will meet your mentor face-to-face at a supervised SMF event at the start of the Programme.

Mentees and Mentors post weekly messages for each other over a 12-month period. Both parties are invited to commit 15-30 minutes on a weekly basis to achieve a meaningful mentoring relationship. Not only is E-Mentoring highly practical – messages can be posted at any time of the day, but it has proven its worth with past SMF Mentees.
