E mentoring was recommended to me by another member of my chambers after he had found it a rewarding experience. I have found my own experience incredibly interesting and fulfilling. It feels great to be able to give something back to those who may be the future of the profession and to be reminded of the way in which a young person’s mind works. The email scheme is incredibly easy to operate and allows both mentor and mentee to communicate at times which are convenient to both. I can highly recommend it to anyone considering acting as a mentor.
