143 employers entered this year. This year’s entrants represent over one million employees in the UK.
More than 75% of entrants had entered before, showing the value employers place on the Index as the leading authority on employer-led social mobility.
93.8% of returning entrants told us they enter the Index because the feedback helps them improve their organisation.
