Residential Programme Support Officer x2

The Residential Programme Support Officer is responsible for supporting delivery of the Aspiring Professionals Programme for both young people and employer volunteers through a variety of administrative tasks as well as supporting the delivery of in person events with students and supporters.

The Aspiring Professionals Programme (APP) Coordinator role will be well-suited to someone who is focused on the best ways they can help the aims of the charity as well as those of our participants and partners. The APP Coordinator is responsible for supporting the delivery and development of the Social Mobility Foundation’s programme of activities for young people through their S5-6/sixth form and university years.

Aspiring Professionals Programme Coordinator (Cardiff)

The Aspiring Professionals Programme (APP) Coordinator role will be well-suited to someone who is focused on the best ways they can help the aims of the charity as well as those of our participants and partners. The APP Coordinator is responsible for supporting the delivery and development of the Social Mobility Foundation’s programme of activities for young people through their S5-6/sixth form and university years. The SMF offers online support and opportunities, and so this role will involve providing virtual support to students across the UK as well as working face to face with our students and employers in and around our target city offices.

Policy Manager

Your role will be central to achieving our new three-year strategy​. Based in the Advocacy and Campaigns team, your work will increase the SMF’s influence to drive systems change; in particular, through the development of robust policy positions, informed by internal and external sources of evidence, including the voice of our young people on the Aspiring Professionals Programme.
