Medicine
Must be taking all A-Levels/Highers; BTECs are not accepted for Medicine sector.
Studying Chemistry and at least one of the following subjects:
- Biology
- Mathematics
- Further Mathematics
- Physics
Scottish students: Scottish students can take additional Highers in S6, so if they’re not currently taking Chemistry/one of the other requirements they’ll need to take in S6
Medicine students in England, Wales and Northern Ireland:
- Achieved at least 5 A/7 grades at GCSE
- A/7 in Mathematics and all Sciences/both Combined Science grades
- Care Experienced Students: Need 3 A/7s at GCSE
Medicine students in Scotland:
- Achieved at least five A/B grades at National 5
- A/B grades in all Sciences and Mathematics
- Care Experienced Students: Need 3 A/Bs at Nat5
